Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Applies to the game Alasayel («الأصايل») by PlayLo LLC
The game
Alasayel is a free-to-play entertainment game. Camels, coins, gold and all other in-game items are virtual: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be transferred or refunded except as required by law or by Google Play's refund policy. The game offers no real-money gambling and no cash prizes.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to play. You are responsible for the phone and the account you play on. Each phone holds one account, and trading between two accounts from the same phone is not allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, abuse other players, or interfere with the service. If you believe your account was affected in error, contact us.
The chat
Treat other players with respect. Insults, tribal or racial hatred, harassment, unlawful content, and asking another player for personal details are not allowed. You can report any message and block its sender. We review reports and may mute an abuser or close the account.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Purchased virtual items are a license to use them inside the game, not property.
The service
We work to keep the game available and fair, but it is provided "as is": we can't promise uninterrupted service, and game content, balancing and features may change over time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Content
Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game. All game content, art and characters remain the property of PlayLo LLC.
Ending things, and changes
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; we announce significant changes in the game, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
