Delete your account

For the game Alasayel («الأصايل») by PlayLo LLC

Inside the game

1. Open the menu at the top of the home screen, then Settings («الإعدادات»).
2. Choose «حذف الحساب» (Delete account), then «اطلب حذف الحساب» (Request deletion).
3. Your account is deleted for good after 14 days. Until then you can cancel the request on the same page, and everything stays as it was.

By email

If the game is no longer on your phone, email support@alasayel.us with the subject "Delete my account". Include your name in the game and your player number if you know it. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and everything attached to it: your name and picture, your camels, progress, coins and gold, your chat messages, and what we kept about your phone. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

From the moment you ask

Buying and selling in the market, bidding, and entering tournaments stop, and your market listings are cancelled, until the account is deleted or you cancel the request.

What may be kept

Records of purchases, where required for accounting, tax, or fraud prevention.
