Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account. When you first open the game we create an account for your phone, with a player number. We keep the name and the picture you choose in the game.
• A device identifier. We keep a one-way scrambled form (a keyed hash) of your phone's ID, never the ID itself. We use it to give you your account back if you delete the game and install it again, and to stop trading between several accounts on one phone.
• Game data. Your herd, your coins and gold, your progress, and your places in the tournaments and the league.
• Your messages. What you write in the public chat, in your team's chat and in private talks with another player, and the reports and blocks you make. We keep them so that the chat works and so that we can review reports.
• Purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive the order confirmation so that we can add what you bought to your account. We never see or store your card details.
• Support messages. If you email us, we keep your message so that we can answer.

Who sees your data

• Your name, your picture, your camels and your places are shown to other players inside the game.
• Your messages in the public chat are seen by everyone, your team's messages by your team, and private messages only by the other player.
• The game's staff review messages that are reported, and can mute a player who abuses the chat.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show advertising, and we use no advertising or third-party tracking tools.
• We do not ask for or store payment card numbers.

Where your data lives

The game's servers and databases are in the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and game data while your account exists. If you ask for your account to be deleted, it is deleted for good after 14 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where accounting or fraud prevention requires it.

Deleting your account

You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time, inside the game or by email. The steps are on the account deletion page.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its date, and announce important changes inside the game.
